Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound grassfed ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons rice milk

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease bottom of a cookie sheet with coconut, grapeseed or avocado oil. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together.

Form into 1 inch diameter balls and place them on cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.
